It all started with a one-off project. Landed as a favour with Malcolm Conquer—a seasoned operator with a razor sharp instinct for logistics—the challenge wasn't meant to become a business.
Malcolm brought in his son, Marc, whose background in digital systems immediately introduced structure, visibility, and control. Together, they took total ownership of every part, seeing it through without compromise. What began as a project name quickly became the business itself. Blaiklock was born in that moment.
From day one, the approach was simple: keep things moving, stay in control, and take responsibility at every stage. That practical mindset remains the foundation Blaiklock is built on today.
Family-owned since 2004, Blaiklock has grown into a dedicated team of more than 50 people. Today, we support clients across complex global supply chains with the agility, accountability, and personal touch that has always been at our heart.
With the UK freight sector facing increasing sustainability challenges, we are actively working to lower carbon emissions. We achieve this by optimising how we move goods, leveraging advanced technology, and collaborating deeply across the supply chain.
