The Role
Build and grow our Projects division, winning new business and developing key accounts while overseeing complex cargo movements from quotation to delivery. Reporting directly to a Director, you’ll have the autonomy to shape the division’s strategy, performance and future team.
- Win and onboard profitable new customers
- Grow key accounts and industry relationships
- Oversee multimodal and out-of-gauge projects
- Lead pricing, tenders and supplier negotiations
- Develop the team, processes and standards
- Own budgets, margins, P&L and risk management
What we’re looking for
We’re looking for a commercially driven project cargo specialist with at least eight years’ recent experience in project cargo or complex freight forwarding. You’ll be equally comfortable winning business, leading people and managing live projects.
